Disrupt your personal systems to articulate and plan your next dream

You have dreams you want desperately to pursue; paths you want to take. You’re also being pulled in a million different directions, and your plate is likely already full to overflowing.

How in the world will you ever figure out how to make those dreams a reality much less take the first step on your path?

Through an in person (the first one!) Personal Systems Disruption retreat in Fargo, ND AUGUST 27-29, 2021!

The PSD retreat is a powerful weekend series where you will:

  • Articulate your dream (professional or personal—all dreams are welcome)
  • Uncover your fears around pursuing your dream
  • Develop a multi-layered framework to achieve your dream
  • Define the first step(s) to take to pursue your dream in 48 hours, 90 days and three years

There are only 10 spots, and you want one of them!

In addition, you’ll:

  • Participate in short, guided visualizations
  • Share and provide feedback with each other
  • Take time to reflect between sessions
  • Be invited to join a private Facebook group of past PSD attendees for ongoing checkins and other helpful tools
  • Develop a new, supportive network of people invested in helping you pursue and achieve your dreams and walk with confidence down your new path

Plus, you’ll receive an extraordinary pre-course welcome package to get you started on your pathway to pursuing your dreams before we even come together (a $75 value).

Q: Who is a Personal Systems Disruption course for?

A: YOU! As a busy person—your staff need you, your family need you, your colleagues across the community need you—all your demands leave little time for you to discover what YOU need from you. Take this time to focus on you and your dreams.

Q: What does the retreat schedule look like?

A: Friday 7-9pm; Saturday 8-10am, 12-2pm and 7-9pm; Sunday 8-10am and 12-2pm.

Q: My dream is pretty small. I don’t want to change the world, I just want to make a small shift in my own life. Is this the right retreat for me?

A: There is no dream too small. We’ve had people who dream of figuring out how to leave work earlier than 7pm every day or who want to consistently build exercise and self care into their daily schedules. We’ve also had people who are working toward their greatest artistic masterpiece and those who aspire to start a brand new professional venture. Whatever your dream, it’s worth pursuing, and this course will help you do it.

Q: Is this course only for women?

A: No. This course is for anyone who desires more but is having a hard time getting going, discovering how to take the first step or is afraid of what happens if you fail.

Q: I don’t want to do this work with a million other people. How many people will be on the course?

A: There are only 10 spots, so you really get to know each other. You’ll be delighted by how quickly you become invested in each other’s dreams, too.

Q: What does it cost?

A: The retreat is $300. That includes the extraordinary pre-retreat welcome package delivered to your door, breakfast on Sat and Sun and lifetime admission to the private PSD alumni Facebook group, an active page that meets for synchronous gatherings every six weeks to help you stay accountable, meet new people and continue your extraordinary journey.

Still have questions? Send me a note. I’m happy to chat before you make up your mind. If you know you’re ready to make the leap, send me an email, and we’ll get you all set up. I can’t wait to do this extraordinary work with you in Fargo and in person August 27-29th!

Dayna is a Personal Systems Disruptor. What's that, you ask? As the world's first PSD, Dayna works with people to help them not just identify and articulate their dreams but to develop a framework to get going on the pursuit of those dreams--today, in the next few months and for the years ahead. She's at the intersection of remarkable and so, so ordinary, but she knows that pretty much everyone else is, too. She's excited to be sharing this extraordinary journey with you.
