Discover Your Spark

In 90 minutes, I’ll guide you as you:
- Brainstorm through a variety of areas of your life
- Some of what you put down, especially at first, might feel obvious or not all that spark-y, but once you get going, some will surprise you: things you haven’t thought about in decades or something totally new you’ve never considered.
- Share what you discover with others
- Saying what you’ve discovered out loud increases your belief that you can absolutely pursue these Sparks.
I had no idea that “drawing” was ever going to be a thing I did. In fact, I’ve mostly avoided it my whole life. Then one day, something just sparked for me, and I didn’t dismiss it. Instead, I got curious, and now I’m finding such joy in it. That absolutely couldn’t have happened without being open to the discovery of more in the first place.
- Make a plan to pursue one or more of these Sparks in the next three days to take you from dreaming to doing
- Have fun discovering all the Sparks in your life!
