So much of life is about the transitions we experience. We have people, objects, passions, titles and positions, activities and seasons that are all encompassing. They define us, make us who we (think we) are, activate our bodies, minds and spirits…and then, for whatever reason, they end.
Starting school; graduation. In a relationship; broken up. Marriage; divorce. First jobs; promotions; retirement. Upsizing; downsizing. Empty nesting. Moving away; moving back. Health scares; scary diagnoses. Addiction; recovery. Birth; death.
In the end, life is a long series of transitions. Just about the time we comfortably settle into something, it shifts, and we are left to recalibrate who we are going to be now.
And that’s what (re)Discover Your Spark work addresses; it provides a starting place to recalibrate.
I’m committed to guiding and coaching “curious people in a time of personal or professional transition to (re)Discover more of what they want and need for the next stage of their life.”
There are so many ways to engage with this work:
- Sign up for my Sunday extraordinary newsletter to find weekly prompts to get you thinking and taking action.
- Check out Spark Start if you’re ready to take the first step.
- An Eat. Drink. Spark! experience is the perfect way to spend a mindful, fun, engaging afternoon or evening with friends, colleagues or small group (individuals or couples).
- Engage in a full (re)Discover Your Spark weekend retreat or virtual course.
- Joyfully disrupt your day-to-day by joining us in another country to do Spark work, either for yourself or with your partner with a (re)Discover Your Spark Travels Abroad experience (an annual occurrence. The next one is likely to be held May 2025 at a location TBD).
- Want to go even deeper? Consider one on one coaching with me (more information coming soon!).
However you address these transitional moments in your life, be sure that you are recognizing them and actively preparing for the next stage and the next version of you.
For close to four years, I’ve been offering various opportunities for people to say yes to Spark work. I’ve loved the hundreds of people I’ve worked with in all these many ways we’ve engaged in this joyful work together, but it’s time for me to change it up.
I won’t be actively offering these programs at least through the rest of 2024. They’ll only be available if someone else (someone like you!) reaches out and works with me. You’ll manage the guest list and location (we can work on these together), and I’ll handle everything else: payment portal, materials, the chef and mixologist, communication, etc.
I’m inviting you to join me as a collaborative partner because I can’t manage every aspect of Spark work alone anymore. And, you have your own network of people who’d love to do this work in an engaged community and just don’t know about it…yet.
There are fun perks to being the co-host of any of these events, too. I’ll be delighted to talk with you about them and any other questions you might have.
If you’re like me, you’re weary of getting together with people and talking about the same four or five things; it’s so easy to fall into a rut. Why not plan something intentional, something to Spark everyone’s curiosity, growth and mindful planing for what’s next?
None of us knows how long the actual journey of our life will be, but we can certainly be more awake and present for each step along the way.
Reach out and let’s talk about how you can bring the (re)Discover Your Spark programs to your friends and network. You’ll never regret saying yes to you and your Spark and to sharing it with the people who matter to you.
